It seemed kind of humorous, and ironic, considering that my "alter ego" is the Queen of KAOS. Come to think of it, I guess there are two sides to every coin, and I'm a Pisces, so it comes naturally. I'm very happy to welcome you to our first edition of Pure & Simple Skin Care Weekly. Each week you will get a few highlights and links to check out recent entries to our blog and forum. Also a short commentary (Talking Out Loud) and a Poll at the end. The poll will help us to stay tuned to what you would like to see more of, I hope that you will enjoy participating and having the opportunity to make Pure & Simple Skin Care a place of your own.                             You Will Need The Clue       WHAT'S HAPPENING... IT'S NOT JUST ME ANYMORE! I've recently had the good fortune to add a few members to the Skincare Naturals team, which for the past 6 years has consisted mostly of me, and a bit of help from my daughters or son, depending on how strapped for cash they are :0) It has kept me hopping and always wishing that I had more time to provide more in the line of customer service, information and community, as well as having the chance to spend more time on experimenting with ingredients and developing the web site and other aspects of it - such as the blog and forum. So with bubbling enthusiasm I'd like to introduce... Lisa Marie - she will be managing the customer service email, keeping you updated on your order, as well as many other things behind the scenes. We are presently organizing so there may be a glitch here and there, but she's very skilled and pleasant, it has been going very smoothly. If you have a customer service question, you will be hearing from Lisa. She is not experienced with soap making, so she will be relaying some questions to me, but thanks to her, we are also creating a data base of questions and information that will be posted to the forum and blog, so that you will have easier access for your questions and answers. Karen - my friend who has been helping me pre-pack and pack orders. She is a naturally creative "country girl" who can't wait to dig into making soap, she's an inspiration and a very conscientious worker, I'm sure that you will be seeing the fruits of her labour both in your orders, and in new ideas flying around here. Bonnie (mariposa on the forum) - Bonnie has graciously volunteered to help moderate the Pure & Simple Skin Care Forum. She's been there more than I have lately, and is doing a wonderful job of getting it running and making it a friendly place, I can't thank her enough!
